How do we get back to 350 E30?? The approach that we are taking looks at past performance and compares that to our present conditions to identify point that we have deficiencies.  This will can be done by taking the top 10 store (initial Luminosity ) and parameterizing them. Intensity, emittances and efficiencies  Comparing these values to our current performance. Identify and address problem areas Redefining parameters if needed
