One of the exercises conference attendees participated in was “NPP What works?” Results of “What Works”: -Identification of success factors. -Qualities required for successful project management: 1.Strong Leadership 2.Good Communication 3.Commitment 4.Flexibility & adaptability 5.Teamwork & plan of action
