Wednesday-14 March :00-9:00Registration 9:00-9:15Welcome and Logistics – Carlos Del Castillo/JHU-APL 9:15-9:30Update PACE Mission – Paula Bontempi/ NASA HQ 9:30-10:00PACE Budget Update – Betsy Edwards/ NASA HQ 10:00-10:30Synthesis of CoastalEcosystem Science Studies on Sensitivity and Spatial Resolution Requirements for GEO-CAPE- Antonio Mannino/NASA-GSFC 10:30-11:00Break 11:00- 11:30 Joint session- Discuss status of actions from the first meeting- Del Castillo and Platnick. Objective: Inform the result of actions and discuss if any are pending. 11:30- 12:00 Discuss status of the SDT report- Del Castillo and Platnick. Objective: Revisit the status of each draft section and how we are following the proposed schedule. 12:00-1:00Lunch (on your own) 1:00-2:30Joint session for open discussion with the PACE Engineering Team-Betsy Edwards/ NASA HQ and the Engineering Team (ET). `Objectives: a) Introduce the Engineering Team; b) discuss requested engineering studies; and c) exchange of information between SDT and ET. 2:30-3:30Status of atmospheric correction studies. Objectives: a) Discuss results from studies; b) discuss pending actions; c) discuss status of the report. 3:30-4:00Break 4:00-5:00Break-up into oceans and atmosphere groups. Each discipline group to break-up into workshop-style subgroups by report section (chapter). Objectives: Review status of the chapter in terms of topics and science traceability. Oceans and Atmosphere Team cal/val status and discussion. 5:00Adjourn for the day

Thursday – 15 March :00-9:15Joint session –Logistics- Del Castillo and Platnick. Objective: discuss and organize the day activities. 9:15-10:30Brake up sessions by disciplines. Objective: Sub-groups from each discipline continue work on individual chapters. Oceans group- discussion of sections 2.2 and 3.2 Atmospheric group Overview/discussion of aerosol (Section 2.3) and cloud (Section 2.4) retrieval capability, and OES Measurement Requirements. 10:30-11:00Break 11:30-12:00Brake up session by discipline. Objective: Sub-groups from each discipline continue work on individual chapters. 12:00-1:30Lunch (on your own) 1:30-3:30Brake up session by disciplines. Objectives: a) Each sub group (chapter lead) briefs their respective disciplines on the status of their sections; b) general discussion: Review for completeness of topics and science traceability. Atmospheric group -Cloud-top property retrieval capability with OES and 3MI (Section 2.4) 3:30-4:00Break 4:00-5:00Joint session – Status of the report- Del Castillo and Platnick. Objectives: Report on the status of disciplines to the SDT and NASA HQ. 5:00Adjourn

Friday – 16 March :00-9:30Joint session –Review the status of the report with respect to proposed schedule- Del Castillo and Platnick. Objective: Share information and discussion. 9:30-10:30Joint session- General discussion. Objectives: Discuss pending issues. 10:30-11:00Break 11:30-12:00Joint Session - General discussion. Objectives: Formalize actions, assign leading roles for actions. 12:00Adjourn
