Because this test is administered to students in grades five, eight, and ten in Levels I and III– V, there is no test administered in Level II in Because all demographic data originate from CALPADS, some demographic fields have been removed from answer documents and test booklets, which has also caused some answer document fields to be renumbered. The fields remaining on answer documents are related to student identification and test conditions.

CMA, CAPA in separate boxes for each school Fax a copy of the packing list indicating results of inventory (FAX # ) as soon as inventory is completed – If order is complete, FAX a copy of p.1 only with notation “Order Complete” – If discrepant, FAX relevant pages noting discrepancy. If you need additional materials, FAX order form

Conduct training for test examiners and proctors Collect Test Security Affidavits from anyone handling test materials. Arrange for locked central storage of testing materials Establish a location where test examiners will pick up and return materials each day. Ensure that testing locations are appropriately prepared.

MAKE SURE CORRECT TESTS ARE ADMINISTERED. Note: ─Students who are not testing may not stay in the classroom where a test is being administered. ─If students need to be taken to another room to finish testing, BE SURE THEY ARE ESCORTED BY TEST SITE STAFF. Only appropriate Universal Tools, Designated Supports, and Accommodations are being provided. No unauthorized electronic devices are being used. Test Security Reminders
