Freedom Leisure “improving health” across Wealden July 2014

A year of change, from this....

to this.....

A difficult year..... Major building works across all 4 sites at the same time. Delays/phasing issues. Pool failures!! Staff and customer patience and loyalty.

Worth the wait.... NPS results ~ all sites currently well above the national industry average for satisfaction and loyalty. “something for everyone” “A centre to be proud of” “lovely new centre” “Wow, what a difference” “great variety of classes” “friendly, helpful staff” “really good value for money” “I get withdrawal symptoms if I can’t use it” “needs to be larger.....”

The impact.... Looking at 15% of the population being members (not just users) at Crowborough and Hailsham and being active. Also, new gyms in Hailsham, Uckfield and potentially Broad Oak. Some specifics....
