Presentation transcript:

Hip replacement - DePuy – Jonhson and Jonhson The Orthogenesis Limb Preservation System (LPS™) is a modular segmental replacement prosthesis system designed for replacement of extensive bone loss in the lower extremity. This loss can be due to tumor, multiple arthroplasty procedures, infection and severe trauma Excel® Fracture System The EXCEL® Hip Fracture System provides surgeons with a cost-effective option for the treatment of simple femoral neck fractures. The system is designed to work with the EXCEL® instrument set and features stems specifically designed for cemented and press-fit applications. Acetabular Cups polyethylene BIOLOX® delta Ceramic Femoral Heads BIOLOX® delta is a zirconia-toughened, platelet-reinforced alumina ceramic, designed to incorporate the wear properties and stability of alumina with vastly improved material strength and toughness. BIOLOX® delta contains approximately 74 percent alumina and 25 percent zirconia. Additives of chromium dioxide and strontium oxide enhance the performance of the material. Heads

The ACE-Fischer® External Fixation System is a highly versatile frame that can be constructed for applications ranging from simple fractures to complex reconstruction. The ACE-Fischer® can be used for: tibia plateau fractures, open wound/fracture management, sepsis, arthrodesis, osteotomy, limb lengthening/osteogenesis, bone transport, deformity correction. Placement of pins and wires requires strict anatomical consideration to avoid damage to nerves, vessels, and soft tissues. DePuy – Jonhson and Jonhson Fixation systems
