The Course Assessment is made up of two parts: a written examination worth (60%); a non-examined assessment (40%).

Written Exam (60%) Paper 1: Anatomy & Physiology Movement Analysis Physical Training Use of Data Paper 2: Sports Psychology Socio-Cultural Influences Health, Fitness & Well- being Use of Data Each paper is: 1 hr 15mins 78 marks 30% of GCSE

Non-Exam Assessment (40%) What’s assessed: Practical performance: 3 activities Performance Analysis Assessment (Analysis & evaluation of performance in 1 activity) How is it assessed? Assessed by teachers Moderated by AQA 100 marks
