Person of the Year   TIME's Person of the Year is bestowed by the editors on the person or persons who most affected the news and our lives, for good or ill, and embodied what was important about the year.

HISTORICAL PERSON OF THE YEAR  You will be researching a historical person that you are nominating for HPOTY.  Choose a name from the list or if you have an idea- check it with Mrs. Pellegrino.

Research  You will need to research your person.  Use the text book to get background  Use approved websites from the Tohickon’s library website Library Website Library WebsiteLibrary Website  Use books from the library

Cite your work  Every source you use needs to be put into NOODLETOOLS  If you don’t know how to do this we can review it

Types of Visual Aid   Visuals: objects that reflect some sort of information and can be used and referred to during the presentation. Visuals include:   Power Points   Posters   Maps   Graphs/Charts   Pictures
