WHAT IS A COMPACT? BLUE ANGELS Mayflower Compact was by the Pilgrims on November 11, 1620, because they landed outside of Virginia Co claimed land. It was signed by 41 men aboard the Mayflower, to form a government outside of England's control. Read the Compact, rephrase it and write your own compact.
