Rates/Terms submitted by Offeror: Base Rate, Base Year Operating Costs APR for tenant improvements (Up to $ /ABOA and over $35.07 / ABOA) HVAC Overtime Rate, Daytime Cleaning Rate Concessions, Number of months free rent (if any) Broker Commission Rebate (if any) GSA calculates a NET PRESENT VALUE (NPV). That NPV is then compared to the NPVs of the other offers to determine the lowest cost option to the Government
