What is a Volcano??? Volcanoes are often cone-shaped, but they can take other shapes too. They are formed when molten, sticky rock called magma, forces.

Destroying Volcano Forces That Build and Destroy The Earth By: Michael

HELPING AND DESTROYING Volcanoes are cool to look at but not cool when you are near one. When a volcano erupts it can throw out lava and rocks together they are called bomb. There are three types of volcano one is a shield volcano, cinder volcano and a composite volcano. Those three are based on the shape. A volcano can shout up to 27,ooo feet that is bigger then mountain Everest. It can go as far as 56,000 feet. Now lets go on to fount of lava.

FOUNTAIN OF LAVA Look at that cool fountain over their! There is bright red liquid coming out of it! What? Why is there red stuff coming out. It is a volcano! Run for your life! Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! There are 3 types of volcano. There is a Shield Volcano, Cinder Volcano and a Composite Volcano. Those are the three Volcano. A Shield Volcano is the tallest Volcano. A Cinder Volcano is built just like it’s sounds. Can you guess it’s shape? It’s a cylinder. And a Composite Volcano is built by rock and lava. Volcano’s are constructive and destructive. They can build land by making new land. Or they can destroy stuff by breaking trees, burning grass and even hurting people. Do you feel like you are on a volcano? It is either you are on a volcano or your ground is bumpy. Do you know the difference between a Shield Volcano, cinder volcano and a Composite Volcano? A Shield Volcano looks like there is a Shield around it. A cinder Volcano look like a cinder. A Composite Volcano is build with even not just lava. I want to talk about Volcano but we have to go onto BIG BIG MOUNTAINS.

BIG BIG MOUNTAINS Whoa look at that big mountain over their. I beet you I could sky down it. If you want to die that is a volcano. What? lava is hot magma that flowers out a volcano. When a volcano erupts when lava is out for a long time it starts to harden. When the lava hardens it can make new lands or even make it bigger. Magma is molten rock. Magma can flow up to hundred feet per secend. Magma is 7 or 12 times hotter then burring water. When lava hits water it hardens faster then just on land. Magma flows throw cracks. hear is rock that is made from a volcano a sponge like rock has bubbles coming out of it lets move on to volcano erupts.

ERUPTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t you think it is cool when a volcano erupts? As long as I am not near it. When there is too much lava the volcano erupts and it comes out from the top. Usual there is so much lava it comes up to the top. Erupts can happen from earthquakes and too much lava. when a volcano erupts it makes new lands or even makes lands bigger. When stuff comes out of of volcano it is not gust lava. It can be a rock. Some times when a rock and lava come out together it is called a bomb. The volcano is so strong it push it so strong it go’s like this high 1OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOO I wood like to stay and talk but I have to go to BBBBBBBBBBBUUUUUUUUIIIIIIIIIIIIILL LLLLLLLLLLLDDDDDDDIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNN NNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG VOLCANOS.

BUILDING VOLCANOS Do you know if lava builds mountains? some mountains are build by lava, and they can go real high or real low. Did you know the Himalayas re the tallest mountain in the world, and they were build by lava. In 1883 their was a volcano called Krakatau and it was a real real bad and a lot of things were destroyed, and some people were killed and the lava was going 185 miles a hour. Volcano eruptions can go as fast as 50 miles or100 miles a hour. I thought there are no volcano’s at the top of a mountain because it is cool and a volcano is hot? did you know when a volcano erupts it can make the volcano rise. Lets build are way up to bad bad changes.

Bad, Bad Changes Volcanoes can cause the Earth surface to change. Here are some changes volcanoes can make in the Earth’s surface. It can make layers to make a mountain. Some volcanoes can erupt on their own. Another way it can erupt is if there is too much lava in the volcano. The top of a volcano can crack open and lava comes out. When a volcano erupts there are no animals to be found. Some animals die because of the lava. Trees can catch on fire and burn from the lava. Those are the bad changes and let’s talk about the good changes that volcanoes do to the Earth’s surface. A volcano can form new islands like Hawaii. And it can form new soil and new trees
