Keeping Healthy By Aisha Parvez

About Keeping Healthy Keeping Healthy is all about eating the right foods and doing the right exercise. If you don’t eat the right foods and drink the right amount of water then you can get dizzy and get heart pains, etc. There is an eat well plate that has 5 different food groups, in it called, grain group, Vegetable/fruit group, Sugar/fats, Dairy group and the meat group. Also you ned to drink 8 glasses of drink everyday. Make sure you have breakfast every single day because it gets your body going and it is the most important meal of the day.

Eating right There are 3 types of ways people can eat foods to stay healthy. There is, GO FOODS, SLOW FOODS and WHOA FOODS. Go foods are the foods that you can eat any time you like. Slow foods are the foods that shouldn't be eaten every day such as, waffles and pancakes. The whoa foods are the one that, you shouldn’t eat all the time like burgers or chips.

Tips for exercise Get 60 mins of exercise everyday If your going to school then try to to walk or cycle instead of going in a car. Reward yourself give yourself a treat Eat well during the day so you don’t get tired during your exercise. Make a schedule of what your going to do everyday.

Foods Fruit and Vegetables have no fats in them. But foods like butter and beef have lots of fat in them. People think fat as greasy foods that you shouldn't eat. But really we need it. It’s part of a healthy diet. We all need protein. Food like meat, fish, eggs and cheese have all got protein in them. Proteins build up your muscles.
