Tucker Circuit Court  Responsible for cases filed against truant juveniles ages years old  Hearings scheduled school year 58 (↓Down 96 hearings from showing intervention at high schools is working) Magistrate Court  Responsible for cases files against parents of truant minor children ages 6-12 years old and cases filed against students 18+ years old  Hearings scheduled school year 163 (↑Up 77 hearings from showing more responsibility being placed on parents to ensure their children are in school learning and better attendance reporting by our elementary schools)
