Teddy Roosevelt VP under William McKinley, took office in 1901 when McKinley is assassinated Distrusted big business & wanted to regulate monopolies 1904-Supreme Court ruled against Northern Securities Company Trustbuster: Gov’t official who investigates monopolies & trusts
