Political Staff Teachers & support staff Complaining that they do not have the time to deal with bullying, teaching is their priority. Lack of training to deal with it. Ignoring the bullying Not understanding of the regulation/ policy about bullying. Not supported by administration.

Political Staff Teachers & support staff Not getting parental support when trying to deal with the bullying. Falling to recognizing that bullying is a problem. Fear to deal with students

Political Staff Counselors Lack of training Not enough time to deal with the bullying. Lack of resources Not being supported by the administration.

Political Staff Administrators Falling to establish, review and change existing policies to address the issue. Denial that bullying is taking place. Not empowering staff members Not providing PD to deal with bullying issues. Not allowing instructional time to teach the students deal with bullying and stop the bullying.

Political Staff Administrators Lack of intervention Not holding staff accountable Unable to detect when the bullying is actually taking place. Not getting support from central office Not getting support from parents or failing to involve the parents

Political Staff Administrators Falling to implement an anti-bullying program. Falling to recognize the roles of -bullies, victims, peers, teachers, counselors, parents and community. - not having a process to prevent and intervene. Falling to have bullying awareness.
