Member Huddles: To Present Each Founder’s “Critical Question” (30 Min) Facilitated by: Regional Director or Supporting Staff Break into team huddles & designate a team captain who will report. Internal Huddle Discussions: Find an online timer (display on projector) / Set for 25 min. Ensure teams only focus on one person at a time for 3-4 Min. each. Have the first person ask their critical question Have the team brainstorm how to help each other with current connections / thoughts. Switch until each person is done or 25 minutes is up.
