CWA 3105 Presents At&t Connect for Windows pc This will be a quick set up guide for our new virtual meeting program We are the ELITE to have this trial program Mac based platforms may be similar to this set up

If you have a computer with any version of windows, these will be the steps to install and use the At&t Connect. It is recommended you have a microphone, and camera set up on the device. Goto Click on the download for your operating software

Open file downloaded and allow to install Open the At&t Connect application Accept the terms of the license Click finish Do not create or register for an account Close the application by using the red X on the top Open the sent to your Copy the url and paste into your browsers address bar At this time you should see a few boxes that need to be populated

Input the meeting number exactly as the shows Input the participant code exactly as the shows Add your cwa3105.org Type in your given name Hit the submit button Now click the participant tab on One this page you will need to verify your information is correct After this the application will attempt to log you into the application Since you have installed the At&t Connect on your computer already all you’ll have to do is click on the join tab At this time a small file will download, telling your application which meeting you will enter Momentarily you will join the meeting. Please make sure your microphone is muted, either from the computer or the application

Once again we are the ELITE to have this TRIAL feature. This will be used as a tool to help our members. Inside the virtual meeting room Here is a picture of what the meeting room looks like. Please look to the right of your screen and verify your microphone has a line through it. Is it doesn’t please click on the mute tab on the top left. If we all do this then there will not be any interruption as well as confusion. After you check your microphone, check to the right of your screen and find your name. Please make sure that your name can be identified from everyone else. Upon speaking in the meeting you can press the unmute button and make your voice heard. Once done speaking please re-mute your microphone There maybe a time when every member is ask the same question. At this time there is a tab at the top left of your screen called emoticons. There are many icons that you can choose from If a poll is required, the poll tab will become active to use. In the meeting if you need to speak with a single person, you can click their name and use side chat. Remember it is seen by all. Our member's voices count. If it takes a little longer for you to be heard please side chat to the host or the presenter, at this time they will be answered in order. This application supports video as well. It is recommended you use an electronic device that can support this. There maybe a time you are asked to show who is on the other side. Especially if you want to speak to the entire Local.
