Reasons for choosing this course

Course Structure for mathematics/further mathematics (Edexcel 8371,9371, 8372,9372) A level mathematics consists of 6 equally weighted modules: Core 1,Core 2, Core 3,Core 4 two ‘applied modules’ A level further maths consists of 6 equally weighted modules: further pure1, FP2, FP3 two ‘applied modules’ Applied modules can be chosen from: Mechanics1 – 3 Statistics 1- 3 Decision maths 1

In Year 12 you will work towards an AS qualification in each of mathematics (8371) and further mathematics (8372). At HBS you will study C1, C2 and FP1 At WGS you will study M1, S1 and D1 Course Structure for mathematics/further mathematics (Edexcel 8371,9371, 8372,9372)

Weekly Teaching Structure for mathematics/further mathematics (Edexcel 8371,9371, 8372,9372) Each week you will have 4 hours of lessons at each school. There is en extra study group during a period 6 at each school.
