SENTIR vs. SENTIRSE When expressing our feelings or emotions, we will use SENTIRSE Intransitive use (as in, To feel + adjective) Reflexive/Uses direct object pronouns The standard SENTIR is used in the sense of to feel, regret [something]. Ex.) “Lo siento” = I’m sorry Transitive use of the verb (conjugation followed by an object)

Reflexive pronouns Me Te Se Nos Note: A reflexive verb is when the action reflects back onto the person/object being spoken of.

SENTIRSE In addition to using reflexive pronouns, SENTIR/SENTIRSE is a stem-changing verb. e  ie stem-change rule. New stem? sient- All forms except nosotros(as)
