Overview of the HSS The HSS is a system used to: Manage & administrate housing subsidies (National Housing Code – Programmes) Guide users to correctly implement the Programmes contained in the National Housing Code Provide adequate security controls, user access management & audit trails Provide a reporting tool for operational data captured by role players at a provincial, municipal level Captured data could be utilized to monitor & evaluate the implementation of the housing subsidy programmes
