1.Detailed cost estimates will be prepared after the first elementary schools DSA submittal so that line items can be identified for potential alternates. 2.Combined bidding of the first three elementary schools will hopefully bring a cost savings. The first series of elementary schools construction estimates add up to approximately $11,000, The first set of elementary school bids will be due as early as 1/05 - this will be the true evaluation of the budget and bidding climate. The market is changing weekly. BUDGETARY ISSUES
