Goal My Goal is to get your ideas and comments to improve the Funders Agreement and Consultant Contract before they signed

Summary of Funders Agreement Provisions  Who will help pay for Consultant Contract  Review, comment, and acceptance of Deliverables (Contract)  Oversight and day-to-day administration of the funds and Contract  Agreement ends when Contract ends

Contract Majority of text will come from a combination of: The RFP Federal’s response KC’s standard contract Terms & Conditions Still room for clarifications, additions, and potentially for very important changes

Contract: Four Assumptions  Goal is consensus: Deliverables should be developed using an iterative process;  Consultant must have needed, accurate information;  We want FE’s best independent judgment;  We want more than just FE’s recommendations: also want its findings, alternatives, criteria, and rationale.
