Cooperativeness ▫Willingness to work with others to achieve a common goal ▫Do tasks you don’t like without complaining ▫Do your fair share of the work ▫Pitch in to help a coworker who has fallen behind workwise or has a really hard task to complete ▫Volunteer to help others meet a deadline

Desirable Employee Qualities Willingness to Follow Directions ▫Vital skill for any job ▫Listen carefully, even if you are already familiar with the instructions given ▫Take notes if possible ▫Ask questions
