Children’s Rights in Canada 0 all the rights was guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Humans Rights. 0 Children must be able to depend on the adult world to look after them. 0 The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child-the most widely ratified human rights treaty. 0 This Convention is first legally binding international agreement to include children’s civil and political rights.
