My 9.11(24/7) Ordeal

My 9/11 (24/7) Ordeal YouTube Link: The Hon. Peter MacKay states that: a) I was wrongly accused; b) I suffered irreparable damages; c) Concerns about existing legal procedures

My 9.11 (24/7) Ordeal Despite that, I was conned, deceived, defrauded and mislead into signing an Illegal Immoral Settlement: – Obtained under Huge Duress; – Threats, False Promises; – Against Public Policy; – Without Competent Legal Counsel. – Violates my Rights under the Charter (s.6 & s.7).

My 9.11 (24/7) Ordeal Notwithstanding the Immoral illegal settlement, the involved Government agencies subjected me to: Ongoing Torture to retaliate, humiliate and punish me for exercising my legal rights; Treated us with “reckless disregard” to the welfare of the family unit, to my health, to my age, to my career nor to my reputation. At the end of the Day, they managed to put me in a position where I was given an unfair settlement while, none of the offending parties was intending or willing to live up to it.

My 9.11 (24/7) Ordeal I am seeking Support and solidarity to my just case from all Activists, Human Rights Organizations and Lawyers locally in Canada and Globally in order to Clear my name formally so that: (i)I can regain my relationship with my children once they become sure 100% that their father was never and has never been a security suspect; (ii) The children can be assured that they would never be discriminated against because of their relationship with me; (iii) I would be able to travel anywhere in the world without fears of arrest, harassment and/or blackmail.

My 9.11 (24/7) Ordeal SPECIAL DAMAGES Loss of Income for 9 years since Roughly about 1-Million Dollars. Miscellaneous financial losses. (~$200,000) GENERAL DAMAGES Personal and professional Defamation; Loss of Reputation; Loss of my rights to live in liberty, dignity and respect. Peace and Security (s.15); Violations and loss of Mobility Rights (s.6); Gross violations of my Equality Rights (s.15); Pain, Suffering and loss of amenity; Intensive harassment, hostility and job discrimination against me after being reinstated back to my original job. This was documented via (3) grievances. One of the grievances was heard and the Arbitrator confirmed that I was being subjected to mental abuse by AECL; Loss of Health; I am suffering from Emotional distress, Depression and "PTSD"; Discrimination and Humiliation based on most of the grounds listed on the Canadian Human Rights Code i.e. race, ethnic background, color, religion, age,..…etc. Loss of Family & companionship.

My 9.11 (24/7) Ordeal Damages are substantial, yet I have no access to Justice due to the high legal costs. Therefore, I’m taking this opportunity to Appeal for and seek Legal Representation On contingency Basis; OR Pro-Bono
