Presentation transcript:

Shahzad Pirzada and Genadyne Biotechnologies Inc. have the solution for your long-term and home-based pressure ulcer care.

It’s called the MNS 400 Alternating Pressure Relief System. Shahzad Pirzada’s air cell mattress reduces the pressure of the patient’s body against the mattress. It then redistributes patient body pressure below the point at which capillaries close and wounds form.

This prevents pressure ulcers from developing. It also helps heal Stage I through Stave IV ulcers developed from standard medical mattress use. The secret of the mattress’ incredible comfort is its Genuine Low Air Loss System, composed of 20 individual 8-inch deep air cells. A single pump fills these cells with 50 liters of air flow per minute, forming a flotation system of multiple low pressure zones. These zones continually change contact points with the skin’s surface, treating the patient to a gentle massage.

Shahzad Pirzada’s MNS 400 Alternating Pressure Relief System features a full array of patient-specific controls. The massage cycle may be adjusted to alter every 5, 10, or 15 minutes, depending on the patient’s needs, and the 10 pressure settings maximize patient comfort. The system also offers three pump options for quick filling and several layers of safety features. First, the waterproof, vapor permeable therapy pad provides a low friction surface for the patient. Next, the durable vinyl bottom protects the mattress cell from any abrasive surface.

Below this is a lower, safety mattress and a transport, supporting the patient during a power failure or patient transport. The unit also includes a valve for quick emergency air release, which transforms the mattress into a flat mat safe for CPR interventions. A dual connector allows rapid attach and CPR deflation at the power unit. Two separate alarms alert caregivers if power fails or the pressure drops too low. Every patient who has ever battled pressure ulcers will find Shahzad Pirzada’s MNS 400 Alternating Pressure Relief System easy to use.

Shahzad Pirzada’s special patented system is straightforward and smart, with an easy-to-operate power unit, user-friendly settings, and a keyboard that is soft touch, easy wipe, and sealed. The system is also simple to clean, portable, and weighs only 22 lbs. Pirzada’s Alternating Pressure Relief System may replace mattresses on most standard medical beds and supports patients weighing up to 350 lbs. Dimensions are 80" x 35" (U.S.) and 76" x 35" (Eu.). Give the gift of solutions, and treat yourself or your patient to simple, relaxing pressure ulcer care with the MNS 400 Alternating Pressure Relief System.
