Steering group (SG) The SG will monitor the implementation of the project plan and control the operation in accordance with the Grant Contract. Coordination and management group (GMG) Will take care of management and monitoring of the financial and operative processes. THE NORTHERN BEAUTY Barents visual arts in Expert group (EG) - Publication - Exhibition - Seminar/symposiums - Network The Expert group will be responsible for planning exhibitions and symposiums together with the project manager. EG will provide the content guidance and help with the implementation of artistic aspect of the project. Upon the development, dissemination and establishment of the project’s results during and after the project. Working groups all partners are involved University of Lapland as a Lead partner will be responsible for the Project organization, management and implementation. Regional Reference Groups (RRG) (RRGs: RRG Finland, RRG Sweden, RRG Russia, RRG Norway) RRGs will support regional representatives of the Steering Group with perspective and feedback to the implemented activities. There is 1 subgroup in each participating country, responsible for support processes of project activities at the national level, facilitating dialog with external stakeholders and other experts from the field.
