Why should the sales people have a good working knowledge of the Foot The shoe must be fitted to the foot. The foot is a complex structure of bones, ligaments and tendons. It needs right and comfortable footwear with padding. The shoe influences the health and comfort of the foot as well as the body posture, alignment and gait.

Why should the sales people have a good working knowledge of the Foot Our foot acts as a shock absorber and undergoes enormous daily work load. Arches: an arch is a series of bones forming a rigid but curved surface geld together by ligaments. Comfort to arch is the most important. Customers suffering from corns, bunions, in growth toe nails should receive special attention. Understand the particular needs of the customers. if you are not completely familiar wit the customer condition or any specific affliction, do not recommend him the incorrect shoe.

Minor footwear ailments and problems and the recommended footwear Blisters: To prevent feet from Blisters, wear a shoe which is not too wide and fits snugly around the heel. The shoe should be completely smooth inside. Bunions: To prevent bunions, please wear a shoe with plenty of width and depth in the forepart. Should have a soft and supple upper material and there should be no sideways pressure imposed by the shoe in the sensitive area. Prevent corns by wearing shoes with soft and supple material and allow plenty of length in order to remove the pressure.

Shoe construction methods: Cemented construction The cemented process: In this process, the outsole is attached to the upper and insole by means of special adhesives. There is no stitching. The result of a permanent bond, lighter and more flexible construction. The cement process welds the outsole, the upper and insole into a single unit without the use of sole stitching thread. Comfortable shoe, makes light edges on shoes possible also gives an appearance of daintiness of the shoe bottom.

Shoe construction methods: Direct injection technique. The direct molded process There are two types of direct moulded shoes made: vulcanized and direct moulded. In the vulcanized, sole is rubber and in the injection moulded shoe the sole is a plastic material. In both of the cases, the sole is very long wearing. The area in contact with the foot Is smooth and comfortable and no stitches. sole and heel are adhered to the upper with an unbreakable bond. These shoes have tighter seams, wear longer, offer good performance with a completely water resistant seam between the sole and the upper. The shoe holds its shape longer with wear.
