Ivo Pogorelich -Born Oct. 20, 1958 in Belgrade, Servia -The Croatian Pianist -First Piano Lesson in Belgrade at the age 7 -In 1970, he was invited to Moscow at the Central Music School -In 1976, he began studying intensively with the pianist and teacher Aliza Kezeradze, who passed on to him the tradition of the Liszt-Solti school.
Ivo Pogorelich(cont.) -They were married from 1980 until her death in Casagrade Competition in Terni, in The Montreal International Music Competition in The International Frederick Chopin Piano Competition in 1980 he was eliminated in the third round. MA proclaimed him a genius and left the jury in protest.
