Trust Norfolk SEN S2S -S2S is School 2 School support not S4S Services for Schools (now Educator Solutions) -Support from current practitioners in the Norfolk Complex Needs School -Sign up is now at 19 clusters and 1 partnership, plus 22 additional schools purchasing ad-hoc hours and support -Current uptake is good but there is capacity for further demand

Transition conference 2016 WORKSHOPS with regional speakers: Information, advice and guidance for you (parents and carers) Pathways to Employment Preparing for independent living Independent living, housing and accommodation Healthcare Support Personal Budgets for Children and Adults and adult social care benefits Respite care and short breaks Transition Plans 60 Organisations represented, ranging from local colleges to social activities to employment to supported living Speed dating opportunity with various professionals

Exploring MATs -NASSH schools are considering all options -Each school is in a different place (geographically and in terms of our own journey) -Looking at options across locality, cluster, ethos and sector -Co-operative Schools Network a consideration, as Trust Norfolk Schools are already part of the co-operative network
