The Mentoring Program  1 to 1 mentoring ~ 1 year commitment (1 call per month) 2 Guidance for MenteeGuidance for Mentor  Take the lead of your mentoring program  Take initiative for your own growth/development  Bring topics for discussion in a first step, and then set goals for you to work on and discuss progress during meetings  Be open to feedback  Be willing to learn  Be open-minded  Respect your Mentor’s time  Be willing to share experience  Have genuine interest in developing others  Be a good listener  Provide constructive feedback  Challenge the Mentee  Has sufficient time to devote to the mentoring relationship  Act as a guide, and help mentee in finding his/her own solution  Be open-minded
