Compress the album use this third picture Click on picture--  Picture tools---  format picture--  compress Pictures-----  unselect apply to this picture only

Add a fun frame Select the picture  picture tools  format

Add a Shadow format picture--  picture effects--  Shadow

Picture Tools---  format--  Recolor--  set transparency color

Drawing tools----.Format--  add a word art-  text effect----.transform
