Mental and paper strategies for + and -. Understanding multiplication. Fractions. Decimals. Moving and growing – Looking at the human body, skeleton and life cycle. Solids and liquids – properties of both – how can they be changed?!

Water – It’s cycle and why it’s so important! Linked to the Roman topic – creating war paint designs based on the Picts and creating mosaics. Developing images and repeating patterns.
