Communication: - Binder Your child will be provided a 3-ring notebook on the first day of school. This notebook holds weekly notes, notices, class rules, behavior calendar, calendar of events, and other items. Learning: - Creative Curriculum Units designed to encourage children to learn through short lessons, center activities, and peer play. - ESU 16 Provides collaborative services for all abilities. - Library Tuesday Story Time at Logan County Library - Field Trips - GOLD Online Assessment Tool used with Creative Curriculum
Classroom Rules and Procedures: 1. Listening Ears 2. Walking Feet 3. Inside Voice 4. Share and Help Others Caught Being Good -Students receive a bracelet and a chance to have their name drawn for lunch with Mrs. Walker for doing something positive! Positive Behavior Clip Chart -Students clip up the chart when they are following the rules. -Students clip down the chart when they do not follow rules. -Students may move up and down throughout the day.

It will be ready to use on the first day of school. - Holidays and Celebrations Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Graduation, Birthdays - Room Parent(s) We invite you to sign up to plan parties, provide treats, and be a part of our classroom celebrations.
Other Important Information: - Bus Preschool students may ride the bus to and from school as long as they live on a route. Please ask Chris Harvey if you have any questions. - Meals and Snack Preschool fees include breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack provided by the lunch program. - Class Size - Preschool is limited to 10 students per adult.
