2. Participants join DuPont Community Credit Union A minimum $25 savings account is required There are no application or membership costs Loan applications will be taken on location Financing will be at 2.99% (0% for the employee who opens a payroll direct deposit checking account) Employees may elect for a 1 or 2 year loan The online order form on the RCPS website will calculate the employee’s monthly payment based on items ordered Dupont Community Credit Union will remit all vendor payments directly to Dell, HP, or Apple

3. Participants will pay for their personal technology purchase via monthly payroll deduction Items will be ordered in early September with delivery soon thereafter First payments will be deducted from September paychecks Participants may elect for a 10 or 22 month deduction plan If the employee separates from service before the loan period ends, the balance due will be deducted from the last month’s paycheck

Other notes: The School Board has no financial obligations with this plan Employees will be responsible for all set up of their new equipment; RCPS Technology Department is not responsible The enrollment period will run from mid- August to early September Any full time employee may opt for this benefit
