SMART HOME SYSTEM

Features Darkness sensing light Temperature controlled window PIR motion sensor based automatic door Sun tracking solar panel.

Darkness sensing light Ldr (Light dependent resistor) works to sense light. Variable resistor helps adjusting the sensitivity of the circuit Enables us to have autonomous switching of light when there is darkness.

Temperature controlled window There is the temperature sensor LM35 It is operated through the Arduino microcontroller to sense the temperature The microcontroller sends signal to the 180◦ servo to open and close the window sending two different pulse widths.

PIR Motion sensor based automated door The door is the prime entrance of our home. We decide to make it automatic so that it opens when a person wants to leave the premises. If the motion sensor picks up any motion then the servo allows the door to open and when the motion sensor detects nothing it resumes its initial state.

Sun tracking solar panel We will use ldr on the solar panels to sense the intensity of light The ldr with the most sunlight will pass the maximum amount of current. This enables the microcontroller to send signals and voltages to the motor driver circuit to move the motor accordingly.

Conclusion
