VOTER SEARCH “State” is now an option for mailing address.

VOTER SEARCH The list of flex labels set up in system configuration is now available when printing household labels from Voter Search.

Election Management The inconsistency between the number of registered voters provided in the Poll Book versus the number provided in report BP-009 has been corrected.

Voter Merge The total number of records to be processed has been added to the voter merge processing screen.

Batch Management Users will see a popup message when correspondence has been auto generated with an option to print now or later ( Print “later” will send correspondence to batch management)

Batch Management (cont.) Completed batches can now be deleted from batch management

Reports and Labels This module has been updated to active reports Print Button 2.Find Button 3.Zoom Controls 4.Single Page/Multi Page Views 5.Next/Previous Page Controls 6.Save As Button

Reports and Labels (cont.) BP-001 – Accepted/Rejected are properly lined up on the report for ease of use BP-007 – Modified date and user options have been added to the sort criteria. Voter profile report - The function has been disabled. VR-003- Users can now run this report without errors. VR-008- The entire report can be saved without splitting into separate precincts.

Reports and Labels (cont.) BP-001 – A grand total for all precincts has been added to the end of this report. BP- 002 – Ballot style number has been removed from this report.

New Reports EMEX 002 – Election Day Report – Users can save or print voter information outside of SEMS to review polling places when voters call in. This will help reduce the load on Voter Search on Election Day and/or Supplement if SEMS is unavailable.

New Reports (cont.) BP- 035 – Number of Absentee Ballots – Gives the number of absentee ballot by status. E – 024 – Displays the number of voters in the Poll Book, Voter History Processed, and Voter Turnout Percentage. E- 023 – Voter Turnout report –Includes the number of votes cast, the number of registered voters, and the turnout percentage by precinct.

State Agency DOH SEARCH – The option to run DOH search by State of Mississippi has been corrected.

System Configuration Voter Purge Report – The voter’s reason for being inactive has been added.
