Welcome to St. Peter! This first Sunday after Christmas continues our celebration. While some people are taking down decorations, ours stay up to shine brightly as the angels when they announced the Christ-Child’s arrival. May your hearts keep shining likewise.

Prayer before Worship Lord, we praise you for the greatest Christmas gift ever given: Jesus Christ. Now that we have journeyed to the manger again, may we, like Mary, ponder everything in our hearts so that we live the new year in the same joy we have in the old. OUR COMMUNION PRACTICE In the Sacrament of Holy Communion, we express unity with our Savior and those who share our faith and stand on the teachings of God’s Word. Therefore, we invite to our altar those who are members of St. Peter or members of the WELS/ELS. Visitors who wish to commune are asked to speak to a pastor before the service begins.
