Support projects to self evaluate. Network of academic & specialist expertise to support projects. Establish 3 Network Learning Sets to generate, capture & share learning. Share learning through key partners, stakeholders, related strategies, work programmes, etc Generating Knowledge Sharing Learning Influencing Altogether Better Learning Network – Vision Use existing knowledge/ evidence Learnin g Network

Establish effective channels of dissemination including newsletters, briefings, workshops and a website. Provide training and support for projects on evaluation and outcome measurement.
