Comparison and Contrast Dania’s story and the Demand article are similar in several ways. They both___________________________. They also ___________________________. Finally, both___________________________ Because of these similarities, we can conclude

1. both articles discuss Syrian refugees 2. both articles talk about refugees needing help from outside sources Both discuss the number of people who are displaced from their country. Both talk about countries that are helping refugees. Because of these similatires we conclude Syrian refugee crisis is a global problem There is no clear answer on how to help refugees, but clearly help is needed.

Dania’s story and the Demand article are different in several ways. Dania’s story focuses on her family and their journey during the war The Demand article has a more global focus. Dania’s story talks more about the living conditions. The Demand article talks about places that are not giving refugees asylum The demand article is trying to persuade people to be pro-relaxed migrant laws.
