Proposal To Project This slide set was developed to assist students who have asked what needs to change to develop a proposal idea into a final project. The proposal identifies initial ideas, experts, etc. and proposes a plan of action. That action is outlined in the “transition” section. By the time a proposal has grown into a project, the formatting is much more complex, and ideas outlined in the initial proposal are fully developed. Some have evolved in response to research findings.
