CRISIS OF GOVERNMENT Watch the video. Write down 10 facts about the history of the United States that you learned from the video.

TEXTBOOK PAGE 102 Read page 102 carefully. Answer questions 1-6 in your warm up packet.

CRISIS, DEBT, ENFORCE, FRAMEWORK, IMPOSE, AND RESOLVE These are your vocabulary words from textbook page 102. Which vocabulary word is an antonym for the word profit ? Which vocabulary word is a synonym for the word trouble ? Which vocabulary word means to “ fix a problem.” Which vocabulary word means to “ owe someone something?”

SOLUTIONS AND TRIGGER I am good at figuring out the solutions to crossword puzzles. What does the word “ solution ” mean? The freshly cut grass triggered an allergic reaction ; it made me sneeze and made my eyes itchy. What does the word “ trigger ” mean? Write a sentence using the words “ trigger” and “ solution.”
