5.The Maintenance Program Tool will provide several options for searching a customer’s company name. Select Choose a Customer and click Continue. 6.Search for the customer by clicking on the first letter of the organization’s name, entering the Company name or entering the Customer ID. Enter the company name and click Search by Name. Enter the customer’s ID and click Search By Customer ID.

7.Once the customer’s company name is displayed, click on the corresponding View link to download the renewal certificate. Citrix Confidential - Do Not Distribute Creating & Saving Renewal Quotes Click the corresponding View link to download and/or view the customer’s renewal certificate

8.The renewal certificate(s) available for download will display. Click on the View Certificate link to proceed. Citrix Confidential - Do Not Distribute Downloading Customer Renewal Certificates

9.The File Download prompt will display providing the options to Open or Save the renewal certificate. Select Save to download the certificate. 10.You will be prompted to select a drive where you would like to download the PDF file. Select a drive and click Save to download. Save: This option will allow you to download the renewal certificate. Cancel: This option will cancel the task and take you back to MyCitrix.com.
