Abang Africa Travel and Trust is borne in 2005 People in disadvantaged communities, mainly in the rural areas, are left out of the profit sharing. Responsible tourism is about enabling local communities to enjoy a better quality of life, through increased socio-economic benefits and an improved environment. It is also about providing better holiday experiences for guests and good business opportunities for tourism enterprises. Hence Abang Africa Travel and Trust was formed; Travel with heart and soul.

Our Mission “To use Responsible Tourism as a Sustainable Development tool for the people in Southern Africa; benefiting local communities and visitors, through sharing and mutual understanding, empowerment and sustainable partnerships”. Our Vision The Abang Africa Travel and Trust’s vision on short and longer term: “A better Africa through travelling, interaction and working together with people of southern Africa”.
