Assumptions –That the information standards are fit for purpose. –That many good public and third sector services are not always known by people and frontline workers –That opening up a data model should stimulate the app market to innovate around need assessment, eligibility checking, online applications, self-help groups and more Approach –Workshops in NW region with 2 districts, 1 county, 6 unitary councils, a CVS, 2 frontline charities and housing association –Review the standards and test them out with a prototype App –Develop Business case, Application, Model, Governance
