Research Question: How do I cultivate creative confidence through group coaching?

Research Objectives 1. To develop a group coaching model 2. To identify creativity theories and tools for group coaching 3. To develop a rigorous reflection process

Methodology : Action Research Data collection

Action –reflection cycles 5 sessions 37 Participants (any adults interested in creativity and the research)

Why Creativity? ‘….genuinely creative adaptation seems to represent the only possibility that man can keep abreast of the kaleidoscopic change in his world’ - C. Rogers (1954) ‘Creativity cannot be coerced; it can only be invited’ -Tschannen-Moran and Tschannen-Moran ( 2010)

What is Creative Confidence? ‘Belief in your creative capacity’ - Kelly and Kelly (2013)

Original Meaningful What is Creativity? ‘Ability to engage authentic self and enjoy the process of becoming resourceful. No agreed definition (^0^;)

GROUP SYNERGY Under Thinking Environment ‘I think certainly there is a magic. People respect each other, sending love’

I discovered that creativity is all in me with things mostly I do. I have the ability to be creative and I’m naturally creative I realised that I’m normally a very creative person. Maybe I’m not as creative as I could be.

I would like not to feel any fear. Have a leap of faith in myself. I’d like to work on that side of myself. I will look at things differently and perhaps be creative.

Thank you for being who you are. You are great. I just never say it and actually wanted to say it to you

By give and give, we become more creative. Creativity is the wisdom of a unique being to be shared in the world.
