Unit 2 Reading Interpretation

Origami 1. Origami is a kind of art to make works with paper. 2. One famous origami artist is Satoshi Kamiya, a Japanese. 3. He made a beautiful 8-inch-tall dragon with eyes, teeth, a long body, and a tail on a TV program, and people couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw it.

4. It looks like a real dragon. To Kamiya, works of all sizes and shapes are possible in his hands. 5. He doesn’t have to use any glue or scissors to make each work. 6. He only needs a piece of square paper. 7. Origami is not only folding paper but also an art.
