Dashboard displays the brief record of Quotations asked. When click on “Quotation no.” the detail page will open. On the left there are links as:- List Material- ADD/EDIT/DELETE the material. List Vehicle Type- ADD/EDIT/DELETE the Type of the Vehicle. List Transporter- ADD/EDIT/INACTIVE the Transporter. Ask Quotation- Ask Quotation to the existing Transporters linked with the Material, Vehicle Type and Location. TO Sent- Details of TO generated. Company-Dashboard

ADD/EDIT/INACTIVE the Transporters. While adding a new Transporter he should be linked with the right material and the owned types of vehicle. List Transporters

Ask Quotation When material (steel) required to transport from Mumbai to Ahmedabad, need to get the Quotations from the regular Transporters. Select the material as “Steel”(also can search with vehicle type) enter the quantity, there is a option of selecting location “From” means from where the transporter can transport the material, now select the state “Maharashtra”, other field for selecting location “To” means to where the transporter can transport the material, now select the state “Gujarat”, now the only those Transporter will be displayed who can transport the material Steel from the selected “State(Maharashtra)” and to the “State(Gujarat)” would come in the list and from them you need to select the “Transporters” of your choice. There is a option of “Note” for details and terms & conditions. There is also a option to attach any file for details. When click on the “Submit” button A SMS, and website Alert will be sent to the selected Transporters for asking Quotation for transporting material.

Transporter Login When Transporter login at dashboard displays the brief recordof Quotation asked by the Companies, and TO received against the Quotation sent. When Click on the “Quotation no.” a detail page will open and Transporter can send his Quotation.

Transporter Login-Quotation Detail Page Transporter can check the details of Quotation asked by the company And can send the Quotation by entering Rate at “New Rate field ”

Company Login Page The shaded in grey color means that some Transporter has sent the Quotation against his requirement. When Executive click on the “Quotation no.” the detail page will open.

Quotation Detail Page When clicked on “Quotation no.”, the detail page will open as shown below. “Quotation replies” shows the Transporters name and rate Quoted by him. Also there are option of Print and Generate TO. There is a field at bottom “Lowest Quotation” – Executive can negotiate by putting his expecting rate and send to the selected Transporters.
