At initial times when products were simply manufactured, becoming the king of the trade, companies with good sales representatives ruled out the market. But with digitalization and the use of the internet, with many competitors in the market, the scope of marketing and branding started increasing. With such increased business prospects, companies hired branding agencies for dealing with the pains to move further.

It is very important for you to know the reasons for failure so as to stop getting into the pit every time you launch a new product. Reasons for brand failure- Decreasing brand recall- It is the job of every marketing department of the company to bombard the advertisements every time for getting the customers recall their brands easily. Once the efforts are not made in the right direction, the customer’s starts moving to other brands causing failure of brands.

False marketing- The process of branding leads to recognition, building a brand identity, a promise which a company makes to their customers. But when companies start moving to product lines which they didn’t promise earlier at the time of market entry, the customers start losing faith in their brands. Such false marketing also leads to brand failure.

Expansions with very few resources- This is very common mistake done by a maximum of the big brands working perfectly well in the market, where they start expanding their product lines to those areas where they have minimum resources and no experience. For example, Samsung is well known for its refrigerators, T.V., mobiles, etc but when they started manufacturing air conditioners, this too much expansion left the company in no brand equity across all the segments.

Too much competition- It is seen in markets having too much competition, the brands starts diluting. The risk increases of being thrown out of the market, which leads to some failures in branding techniques, leading to brand failures. For such reasons companies are asked to grow with branding Dubai service companies that offer their complete and researched support taking the brand with flying colors in the market.

No service quality- The consumers do stick with brands as they promise to offer after sales services too. But companies that fail to be in touch with their customers, or postponing their complaints, are seen going deep into the failure ditch of the brand.

It is not only one single factor discussed above but a combination of factors that leads to brand failure. Avoid getting such hurdles decreasing the image or goodwill if your company.
