CFM S4 Auditor Guide THE FUTURE OF CASH AUTOMATION

What Can I Do With The CFM Auditor Portal? The CFM Auditor Portal provides branch staff the following functionality: Device Audit – empty / re-load your recycler, or adjust inventory on dispensers and coin devices. Device Test – perform a test of your cash device. This issues a reset command. Inconsistent Inventory Check – ensure your cash device totals are balanced. Transaction Journal – a historical record of all transactions performed on a device.

What Can I NOT Do With The CFM Auditor Portal? Fix your hardware – CFM is a software, and as such cannot unjam your machine, close the safe door, or replace parts. Device gnomes are in beta testing, but at this point feeding the little buggers is a problem. Create more money – if you run a cassette out of money, we do not spontaneously create more. This is a felony. Load your device. Help! My branch is on fire! – Please fill out a support request, in triplicate. We will get back to you within 24 hours.

Log in to the CFM Auditor portal Note: the URL to access the web portal uses the following format: :8443/cfms4/
